Cancellation

More than 60 days before arrival: 50% refund of the total amount, minus a €75 administration fee.
45 to 60 days: 25% refund, minus a €75 administration fee.
Less than 45 days / no-show / early departure: 0% refund.

Damage deposit

A refundable damage deposit of €750 is pre-authorized on your card 1 day before arrival, and released within 3 days after departure, provided no damage is found.

House Rules

Maximum 12 guests.
Pets allowed if reported in advance (supplement €20/pet).
No smoking inside. Fine €250 + extra cleaning costs.
Unauthorized late check-out: €150 per hour.
Lost keys/badge: €250 per set.
The estate is fitted with noise sensors (Minut). Quiet hours 22:00–08:00; breach may result in immediate eviction without refund.

Governing law

This agreement is governed by French law. Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Ardennes court.
